Feel Better Live Online Video classes are for women and men with any type of cancer at any stage. These FREE classes provide an opportunity to learn some practical tips and to connect in a convenient way with others who may be experiencing something similar.

These live online classes are ideal for those who may have difficulty getting to a local class, or don’t have one close by.

Many of the online classes provide additional advice on areas not covered in a community class, and so are a great way for those who have previously attended a class to further practical techniques and tips as you need through your cancer treatment and recovery.

These classes are also good for those who have already attended a class and would like a refresher on the tips given. Or if you are feeling a bit unsure of what to expect and would like a taster in the comfort of your own home.

What the Classes Cover

Using live video platform Zoom, you will be connected with a trained Feel Better class facilitator, who will share advice and practical tips with a small group of participants (normally 6-10 people) who are all joining via video. The class is interactive so you will be able to ask questions and connect with others in a similar situation.

The informal relaxed class can be done from the comfort and privacy of your home, office, or other convenient setting.

Our classes cover a variety of different topics. You are welcome to join us as needed before, during and after your treatment, so that you can feel stronger and face cancer with confidence. You can sign up and join as many online video classes as you like.

Please have your Confidence Kit of donated skincare & makeup products ready for use if you are joining us for a repeat class. Our generous donors kindly enable us to provide each participant with one Confident Kit per year. Please note the content of kits varies depending on product availability.

We regularly add new classes, and new class times, so please check back for the latest schedule.

Currently the classes cover:

Skincare & Makeup

Step by step advice on skincare and makeup application to complete a natural, radiant look. Learn practical tips and techniques, including how to enhance sparse eyebrows or loss of eyelashes, to help you look and feel like you again.

You will receive a Confidence Kit filled with a specially selected range of donated skincare and makeup products suited to your skin tone, which is packed based on the information in your registration form.

Please have your Confidence Kit ready for use if you are joining us for a refresher class.

Please note: Kits will vary depending on availability. We will try to select a good match foundation but may not always be the perfect shade.

Wigs & Headwear

An overview of the different head covering options available whilst undergoing treatment. The class contains expert advice on choosing a wig, wig care, and styling tips. Learn to tie scarves into simple yet stylish headwear.
