For patients

Look Good Feel Better provides free services for any person with any cancer at any stage. The programme is focused on skin, hair, mind and body – and the feel better moments provide practical tools and tips to help people face cancer with confidence.

Our wellbeing programme ranges from our signature skincare and make-up class held in more than 40 community centres throughout New Zealand, through to online sessions such as chair yoga, gentle Pilates and mindfulness through to on-demand refresher videos, expert Q&As and podcasts.

All our sessions are free and you may join as many classes as you need.
