These online sessions are held every month on a Monday. The session include practical tips and strategies to help calm your day, providing you with the tools to use this whenever you need it. You can turn off your camera if you wish.
Finding Your Energy
In this session you will learn about your energy and how to take responsibility for making it a priority. Tips will be given to sort a ‘baseline’ level of energy and how to make a plan to grow and maintain energy going forward.
