These online sessions are held every month on a Monday. The session include practical tips and strategies to help calm your day, providing you with the tools to use this whenever you need it. You can turn off your camera if you wish.

Confidence & self-care

This covers what genuine self-confidence is, how to get more of it and how to maintain it long term. Anika will also talk about ‘Imposter Syndrome’ and ‘comparisonitis’ how we rationalise these and how they affect our confidence. Anika will show you how to form a solid, individual self-care plan and why this is important.
