Tapping

Wednesday 29 January 12pm Register Here

Discover the transformative benefits of Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT) in this engaging session with Michal. Tapping combines acupressure and cognitive therapy to release stress, reduce anxiety, manage pain, and enhance emotional well-being.

For individuals navigating the challenges of cancer, this technique offers profound support by easing treatment-related stress, emotional trauma, and fear. It can help with common side effects of cancer treatment, such as fatigue, nausea, and pain, while promoting relaxation, better sleep, and immune system function. Tapping enhances emotional resilience, boosts self-worth, and supports the management of treatment side effects. This makes it a valuable complementary tool for cancer patients seeking emotional healing alongside traditional medical care.
