Yoga Nidra – guided rest
Monthly sessions
Yoga Nidra is a gentle guided rest practice, done lying down and suitable even on low-energy days. It helps settle a busy mind, ease tension in the body, and can support better sleep, especially when treatment or worry makes true rest hard to find. Many people describe it as a reset for the nervous system, leaving you feeling calmer, clearer and a little more restored, even if you have not slept well. You do not need any experience, movement, or flexibility, just a quiet space to lie comfortably and be guided.
