Anika will guide you through a five-step process covering everything you need to consider as you prepare to re-enter the workplace, helping you feel prepared, empowered, and in control. If you have already returned to work, you are very welcome to join us. This session offers valuable insights and tools to help you navigate ongoing challenges.
