Pilates is low-impact and focuses on improving flexibility, strength, stability, mobility, and body awareness through controlled movement. Shona, trained in Reformer/Mat Pilates and Barre, found a love for Pilates to help gain back strength and mobility after cancer treatment. Classes are held every Thursday.
These classes are every Monday at 12noon and provide an opportunity to learn practical yoga exercises from the comfort of your own chair. Jannine, an experienced yoga instructor, will guide you through the gentle movements.
