Look Good Feel Better New Zealand general manager Clare O'Higgins explains that women are given a chance to feel like themselves and meet other women who are in the same situation as them. She believes that the way that people look on the outside can have a significant impact on how they feel. O'Higgins notes that the charity sees over 230 women in Canterbury each year.
