Bakers Delight support is Phenominal
CANCER CHARITY DELIGHTED BY “PHENOMENAL” DONATION
New Zealanders have turned pink buns into much-needed funds, raising more than $30,000 for cancer charity Look Good Feel Better.
A little sweet-toothed indulgence has resulted in sweet success, in the month-long campaign run by Baker’s Delight. For each pink bun sold Baker’s Delight donated $1 to help fund patient workshops around the country.

“Every Bakers Delight throughout New Zealand really got behind the campaign, filling their stores not only with pink buns but also pink decorations. They highlighted the stories our women have going through our workshops and really connected with their customers in each community.
Their customers generosity means that valuable funds can be given to ensure we can continue to support patients during a tough and anxious journey and the huge benefits the workshops have on New Zealanders experiencing the harsh reality of treatment,” Clare O’Higgins, General Manager of Look Good Feel Better, says.
“We couldn’t have achieved this fantastic result without our customers,” says Xavier Barnsley, Bakers Delight New Zealand Country Manager. “All our 28 stores applaud the work LGFB does in every neighbourhood we are in. So we are proud to help them help our communities.”
“This is a phenomenal result and we are so grateful to Baker’s Delight,” Clare O’Higgins, General Manager of Look Good Feel Better, says.
